As you can appreciate, this is a massive programme which will take some while to complete. As a result, we're sorry but we can't give you an exact date or time when the installer will come to visit you.

He will be wearing an Official Watersaver Installer uniform. But much more important, he will be carrying an official identity card with a Government stamp
It is important that you do not let him in until he has shown you this card. But once he has shown it, it's just as important that you let him in without delay.
